Attention:
EverGrain Composite Wood by Epoch may be used for your decks. The color must be "cedar." Please note you are not permitted to mix wood and composite wood, except for support posts which must be wrapped in the composite material.
Also, if, for example, you want to rebuild your lower deck using composite materials, the upper deck must be replaced with composite material. Swan Point does not allow "mixed" materials in upper and lower decks.
