	POINT 1 - interior unit There are thirty-four Point 1 models in the community. The main level includes an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, and a sunken living room that leads to the walk out wood deck. Some of the homes have a balcony off the master bedroom.
	POINT 2 - interior unit The fifteen Point 2 models feature a large living and dining room combination on the main level. The walk out wood deck is accessed from the family kitchen that runs the entire width of the house.
	POINT 3 - end unit There are eighteen Point 3 models in the community. The twenty- five foot wide end unit features a formal living room and separate dining room. Each home has a large family kitchen with a serving bar, pantry, and walk out wood deck or screened porch.
